Diane Hildebrandt owns and operates MsDetta, Inc., a freelance web design firm located in Hammond, Indiana. Web development should include not only relationship marketing, it should also incorporate accessibility and usability as part of the development process. Diane graduated from Indiana University Northwest with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Accounting, and a GPA of 3.57. While Diane attended college, she worked full-time and also raised two children. Diane was a faculty member at Brown Mackie College in Merrillville, Indiana where she taught Introduction to Microcomputer Applications and Excel courses.
Prior to creating the Indiana web design & development firm of MsDetta, Inc., Diane worked in the accounting industry for more than 15 years — first as a tax paraprofessional, then as an accountant. Diane's experience in the accounting profession has provided her with valuable insight into many forms of business and business operations. This insight allows her to quickly understand your business and your website goals. Diane has a variety of design and development qualifications.
MsDetta, Inc. was recently accepted into the Web Designers Assocation of America. This orgranization only accepts web designers as members if they have been rated as "excellent" by their customers.
MsDetta, Inc. is a member of the LakeShore Chamber of Commerce, the Munster Chamber of Commerce, and the Northwest Indiana World Trade Council.
Using the nickname, MsDetta, Diane moderated at 2 webmaster forums: Great Nexus: Webmaster Forums and Blue Gecko Network: Search Engine Optimization & Design Forum where she exchanged ideas and information with other webmasters.
Diane is an active member of Digital Women: Women with their modems running, Wise-Women Organization and Women Designers Group.
